Can I have my order shipped to a store?Updated 2 months ago
We are currently not offering ship-to-store or in-store pickup services, so all orders must be shipped directly to your home or specified address.
We’re always striving to improve our services and hope to bring these options back in the future.
If you accidentally entered a store address, we recommend contacting the carrier for details on where your order may be. Alternatively, you can call the store to see if they can check the mall mailroom.
Please note that AKIRA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
