My order is delayed. Will I be refunded shipping?Updated 2 months ago

If the delay is due to an issue on our end, such as the order not being processed or shipped on time, please reach out to us via chat or email, referancing the order # / tracking (if available) 

A couple of reminders: 

  • Please allow 48-72 hours for processing time (pre-shipment) 
  • We do not ship on weekends. If your order was placed over the weekend, you may not receive an update on your package until the next business day (typically Monday)

However, delays caused by the carrier, including inclement weather, sortation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, are beyond our control, and AKIRA cannot be held responsible for those delays. 

Most carriers will update their site to notify customers when there is a delay due to inclement weather. Below are the carrier tracking sites:
