Tracking shows my order is being sent back to AKIRA, why?Updated 15 hours ago

If your order's tracking shows that the order is being sent back to us, it could happen for a variety of reasons, including:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • The recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery
  • Customs issues (for international shipments)
  • The package being refused by the recipient

Once we receive your returned package, we’ll contact you via email to provide options. 

You may choose to receive a refund to the original payment method (minus shipping fees, if applicable), or, if eligible, we can reship the package to you after confirming your address. 

We do not offer reshipments without an update to the address. Returned international orders are ineligible for reshipment.
