Currently, we do not offer free returns. We do, however, provide a pre-paid return label for a $10 fee, which covers the cost of shipping the item back and the convenience of either showing a QR code or printing the label directly from our Return Portal/FedEx. The $10 handling fee is deducted from your refund once the return is received.If you prefer to use your own carrier, that&#x2019;s completely fine! In that case, no fee will be deducted, and you&#x2019;ll receive a full refund for the returned items.
