How can I exchange my order?Updated 7 months ago

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges for online purchases, including cases where an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item in error.

We understand this process may not be ideal and are actively working to improve our systems.

For now, you can return your full-price item(s) within 30 days of the order date for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or color. If you’re near an AKIRA store, you may also exchange your full-price item(s) in-store or return them for store credit.
