Important Return Guidelines
One return per shipment: Do not combine items from multiple orders in a single package. Combining returns may result in additional handling fees, processing delays, or rejection of the return.
Item condition: All items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and labels attached.
Worn or damaged items: AKIRA does not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged, or used beyond a brief inspection. If an item does not meet these standards, we may refuse the return or require you to cover the cost of having the item shipped back to you.
Unresolved returns: If worn items are received and we are unable to contact you, they will be discarded after 30 days.
Refunds
For returns that meet our policy requirements, refunds will be issued to your selected refund method:
Original form of payment
Gift card or store credit
Orders originally purchased with a gift card or store credit will be refunded as a gift card. If we cannot refund the original payment method, the refund will also be issued as a gift card.
Policy Abuse
AKIRA reserves the right to deny purchases, returns, or refunds at our discretion in cases of policy abuse. This includes patterns that create significant operational costs, such as repeatedly placing orders with expedited shipping and returning them. We may also restrict future purchases or refuse returns if activity falls outside the intended use of our return policy.
