Before proceeding, please review our Return Policy to ensure your items are eligible for return.
Return Considerations:
- Refund Method: Please verify your preferred refund method before completing your return. Once confirmed, the refund outcome is irreversible. You can choose either a refund to a Gift Card or Original Payment.
- Return Items: Ensure that only the items listed on your return label are included in your shipment.
- One Return Per Shipment: Please send one return per package. Combining returns from multiple orders into one shipment may lead to delays, additional handling fees, or rejection of the return.
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original order date and in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered) with tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.
- Return Label: Include a copy of the return label with your return shipment.
After You Complete Your Return:
- Drop off your return: Once you’ve completed the return process, drop your package off at a FedEx or Walgreens location.
- Processing: To avoid delays, please ensure all return items are processed through the return portal.
- Shipping Instructions:
- Securely pack your items. If possible, use the original packaging and include the packing slip.
- One order per box: Only return items from a single order per shipment. Combining orders may cause delays in processing.
- Return Label: Attach the return label to the package, bag, or box (don’t tape labels onto shoe boxes).
- If using a QR code, present it to the FedEx associate and follow their instructions.
- Drop off: Return the package within 7 days of delivery to your nearest FedEx location.
Once we receive your return, please allow time for processing. We’ll issue your refund accordingly.
