How do I track my order?Updated 2 months ago

Once your order has been placed and processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with all your order details. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing before receiving your shipping confirmation email, which will include a tracking number and a link to our tracking page.

To track your package, simply click on the tracking number link! If you're logged into your account, you can also go to the Help Center and select "Track Order" here

When your order is marked as "shipped" and you receive the email, it doesn't always mean it's already in transit. Sometimes, it may show as "label created," which means your package is ready for pickup by the carrier. Please allow some time for tracking updates as your package moves through their system.
