How does your in-store and online Return Policy differ?Updated 3 months ago

The timeframe for online returns is 30 days from the order date, while in-store returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.

Items considered final sale for both online and in-store returns include sale items marked as "Final Sale," items included in promotions with a Final Sale tag, and fashion or styling body tape and adhesive bras. Additionally, online returns will not be accepted for earrings, body jewelry, swimsuits, and hosiery, while in-store returns will not be accepted for any jewelry or accessories.

Online returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as a gift card (if selected) and will incur a $10 handling fee. In-store returns or exchanges will only be refunded as store credit or a gift card.
