I’d like to use my points—how do I claim my rewards?Updated 2 months ago

We have changed the way you redeem points to make it even easier for you! 

Now you can apply your rewards directly at checkout:

1. Sign in and head to checkout.

2. If you have rewards available, you’ll see them automatically.

3. Choose how many points you’d like to redeem (this option will only appear if you have enough points).

4. Once you click “Redeem,” your reward code (starting with LL-) will be applied to your cart.

A quick reminder:

• You earn points on a 1:1 basis—every $1 spent = 1 point. Once you have enough points, you can redeem them for rewards.

• Points become available after a 7-day pending period. For example, if you place an order today, your points will appear as “pending” until the 7 days have passed

• If you’ve participated in any of the activities (thank you!), you should see points added to your account in near real time. The only exception is when you join: +125 points are added instantly for online orders, while in-store orders appear the next day, as long as an email was provided.
