If you believe your order may have been tampered with, or that items are missing, please follow one of the steps below:

1. Submit a Claim Through Route

2. Think It Might Be a Packing Error?

If your package arrived in good condition (no signs of tampering) but something’s still missing, it could be a packing mistake. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help:
