I need some help in reporting an issueUpdated a month ago

If your order (or an item in your order) arrived damaged:

  • If you purchased shipping protection: Please file a claim directly with Route at https://claims.route.com.

  • If you did not purchase shipping protection: Submit clear photos of the damaged item through our return portal and select "Damage" as the return reason: https://returns.shopakira.com.

If you received the wrong item or style:

  • Upload photos of the item you received through our return portal and select "Incorrect item" as the reason: https://returns.shopakira.com.

  • If you received someone else’s order entirely, please submit the contact form here, and include:

    • The order number you were supposed to receive

    • Photos of the order you received in error

If an item is missing from your order:

Please contact us by completing the form available here 

Please note that all damages need to be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
