If you purchased shipping protection: Please file a claim directly with Route at https://claims.route.com.
If you did not purchase shipping protection: Submit clear photos of the damaged item through our return portal and select "Damage" as the return reason: https://returns.shopakira.com.
If you received the wrong item or style:
Upload photos of the item you received through our return portal and select "Incorrect item" as the reason: https://returns.shopakira.com.
If you received someone else’s order entirely, please submit the contact form here, and include:
The order number you were supposed to receive
Photos of the order you received in error
If an item is missing from your order:
