Once an order is placed, we’re unable to modify or refund it for reasons like a missing promotional code, an incorrect shipping method, or similar issues. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or there was an error in the price, please email us at [email protected] with a screenshot of the expected price. Keep in mind that prices may have changed, or a promotional code may no longer have been valid at the time of checkout.
