I received the wrong item, can you help?Updated 3 months ago

If you received the wrong item, please follow the steps below to report it to us. All issues, including incorrect items, must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

To report an incorrect item, please provide clear photos of the item(s) you received, along with a photo of the tag attached to the bag it came in.

You can upload them through our returns portal at 👉 returns.shopakira.com👈  by selecting the return reason "I received the wrong item."

Please allow up to 48 business hours for us to review and provide the next steps.
