In-Store Return PolicyUpdated a month ago

Please note that our return policy for in-store orders differs from our online return policy. Here are the key differences:

  • In-store orders are eligible for exchanges or refunds to a gift card or store credit only. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for in-store purchases.
  • Due to pricing differences, items with a “final sale” tag may not be eligible for return, and may differ from online pricing.
  • $10 pre-paid label fee is deducted from the return when you return online 

Details of Our In-Store Return Policy:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days for exchange or store credit.
  • In-store purchases can only be refunded in the form of store credit—no refunds to original payment method (cash, credit card, etc.).
  • Items purchased in-store may be returned at any store location. However, in-store purchases cannot be returned online.
  • Physical store locations cannot accept mailed returns.
  • Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Any items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned, including those discounted using promotional codes with a “final sale” disclaimer.
  • Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with tags attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box.
