Full-price international orders can be returned if postmarked within 30 days of delivery; Final Sale items can't be returned.

1. What's eligible
   • Full-price merchandise, postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.
   • Items must meet the standard return requirements (link to domestic return policy).
   • Final Sale items are not eligible.
2. How to start a return
   1. Go to returns.shopakira.com.
   2. Follow the steps; the return shipping address appears in the final step.
   3. Ship the package to that address yourself (no prepaid label is provided).
3. Return shipping costs
   • AKIRA can't provide return labels for international orders.
   • Return shipping, customs fees, taxes and duties on the return are the customer's responsibility.
   • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
   • Not available for international online orders. Return the item and place a new order for the size or color you want.
5. EU customers
   • Shipping refunds for EU customers follow a separate process in line with EU regulations.
