How your refund is handled for orders placed using Shop Pay Installments or Klarna depends on where you submit your return:

1. Returning In-Store (Store Credit Only) All returns processed at our physical retail locations are eligible for store credit only.

• Important: Refunding an installment order to store credit does not notify Shop Pay/Affirm or Klarna. Your payment plan will remain active, and you will stay responsible for completing all remaining scheduled installment payments.

2. Returning Online (Original Payment Method) If you process your return through our Online Returns Portal, your refund will be issued directly to your original payment method, not store credit.

• Important: Processing your return online automatically notifies your financing provider (Shop Pay/Affirm or Klarna) to adjust or cancel your remaining loan balance based on the refunded amount.

Our Recommendation:If you wish to have your remaining loan balance canceled with your provider, please initiate your return online rather than in-store.
