We are updating our policy to better serve you. Please note that starting May 6, 2026, we will transition from issuing gift cards to instead refunding to store credit for non-original payment refunds.
1. How to Start a Return
If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please follow these steps:
Submit Photos: Visit our return portal (returns.shopakira.com) and select the reason that best describes your issue.
Review Process: A team member will review your photos and contact you with next steps.
Handling Fees: Depending on the situation, a $10 handling fee may apply after review.
If you are unable to submit photos due to the item saying its ineligible it may be that the item was a final sale item, please contact support to further assist.
2. Refund Outcomes
When submitting your return, you must choose your preferred refund method. This selection is final and cannot be changed once submitted.
Original Payment Method: Refunded back to your card or original account.
Store Credit: Issued for future use (replacing the previous gift card option).
Split Payments:
Credit Card + Store Credit: The credit card is always refunded first.
Two Credit Cards: The card with the highest charge will be refunded first.
3. Eligibility & Restrictions
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
Timeline: Returned within 30 days of the original order date.
Condition: Items must not be marked Final Sale.
Final Sale Items (Ineligible for Return):Items bought with specific promo codes, earrings, tights, swimwear, face covers, body tape, adhesive bras, body jewelry, and gift cards.
Note: Returns may be flagged as "ineligible" if an account shows an excessive history of returns. If you believe this is an error, please contact us.
4. Shipping & Fees
Prepaid Labels: A $10 handling fee is deducted from your refund if you use our return label.
Self-Shipping: You may use your own carrier to avoid the $10 fee. Ensure you include your order slip inside the package.
One Order Per Box: Do not combine multiple orders into one shipment. Doing so may result in processing delays, extra fees, or rejection of the return.
International returns are accepted, but the customer is responsible for the tracking and label fees.
5. Processing Timeline
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for our team to process your refund.
