Returns Lost in Transit
Once your return package has been shipped, it is in the carrier’s possession and no longer within AKIRA’s control. If a return is lost in transit, it is not covered by AKIRA—even when a prepaid return label is used.
If your tracking has not updated or appears delayed, please allow up to 2 additional days for updates to appear. If there are still no updates after that time, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier for assistance.
If your package is confirmed lost, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. Please note that AKIRA is unable to file claims or disputes on your behalf with third-party carriers.
To support your claim, please keep your tracking number and proof of shipment.
Missing Items from a Return
If your return has been received but an item is missing from your refund, and our team has confirmed that no additional items were included in the package, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier, as the item may have been lost during transit.
Please note that AKIRA is unable to file claims or disputes on your behalf with third-party carriers.
To support your claim, please keep your tracking number and proof of shipment.
If you have any questions, our support team is here to help.
