What If My Order Never Arrives or Gets Stolen?Updated a month ago
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we kindly ask that you wait 72 hours from the time it was marked as delivered before reaching out. Sometimes packages are delivered to neighbors or held at a local carrier facility and can still arrive within that timeframe.
There are two possible outcomes if your package is marked as delivered but is not there. The 2 paths forward depend on whether Shipping Protection was purchased for your order.
To check if you added Route Protection to your order, please log into your account and review the order details. If you did purchase it, you’ll see Route Protection listed as an item in your order summary. You can also verify this by reviewing your order confirmation email.
