What is your International Return Policy?Updated 9 months ago

If you are unhappy with your online purchase, full-price item(s) may be returned within 30 days of the original order date for a refund to the original form of payment. 

To qualify for a refund:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of  the  original order date
  • Items must not be marked as final sale (see receipt)
  • All Earrings, Intimates, Swimwear, Hosiery, Body Tape, and Gift Cards are always Final Sale
  • Item must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) 
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box

Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. In the case of return, you will be refunded in U.S. dollars and your credit card company will exchange the currency.

Currently, there isn’t an option to exchange online purchases. You may return your original full-price item(s) for a refund, and can then place a new order for the correct size or color. You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the original item(s) and charges associated with placing a new order.

At this time, AKIRA cannot provide return shipping labels for international orders, and all shipping charges are non-refundable. Our returns address is listed below.
