Online Return Policy

If you’re not completely happy with your online purchase, full-price item(s) may be returned within 30 days of the original order date for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or a gift card.

Return Requirements:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the original order date.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned. These items are marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase and are reflected in your order confirmation email.
  • Final Sale items include: Earrings, Intimates, Swimwear, Hosiery, Body Tape, and Gift Cards.
  • Item(s) must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Tags must still be attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.
  • Please include your RMA slip (return slip) with your return.

Once your return arrives at our fulfillment center, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is complete.

Additional Information:

  • Returns that do not meet the proper criteria may be denied.
  • In certain cases, exceptions may be made with customer approval of a restocking fee or alternate forms of refund.
  • Damaged or worn items will be rejected. You may choose to have them returned to you for a fee or discarded after 30 days.
  • If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, we highly recommend contacting Customer Support before sending the return.
