When you place an order that includes pre-order items, one of the following two scenarios will apply:
Order contains only pre-order items
You’ll receive a confirmation email from Purple Dot at[email protected]
Order contains both pre-order and in-stock items
You’ll receive two separate emails:[email protected]
for the pre-order items[email protected]
for the in-stock items
Here is an example of a Purple Dot confirmation email - order numbers start with #PD. Enter the email used when creating the order.
