Why didn’t I get my points back after making a return?Updated an hour ago

Points are only awarded for purchases that are kept. If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase are automatically deducted from your account.

No rewards will be refunded back to a customer's account, at any time.

If a customer makes a return or exchange on a purchase in which a reward has been applied, they will only receive a refund for the post-discount purchase and the value of the reward will be forfeited.
