Why was there a cancellation of some items on my order? when will I be refunded?Updated 3 months ago
If you’ve requested a cancellation for your order, or if an item was canceled due to our inability to fulfill your order, you will receive an email notification once the cancellation has been processed.
After the refund is processed on our end, it will be sent to your bank for release. Please note that this can take 3-5 business days, depending on your financial institution. If you do not see the refund after this period, we recommend reaching out to your bank for further assistance.
For payments made through installment services like Klarna or Shop Pay, please contact them directly for information regarding your disbursements.
