I had a balance on store credit, and now its gone - how can I find it?Updated 3 months ago

We switched our systems over in August 2024. If you had a balance of store credit on your account it will show as a gift card in the new system.

For in-store use: Be sure to provide the cashier with the same information (email or phone number) that was used before August 2024. If you have the original receipt for the store credit, please share it with us.

If you’re unable to locate the store credit, please submit a help ticket with the following details:

1. First and last name

2. Phone number and email address

3. The store where the store credit was created

4. The amount you believe is on the store credit

5. Receipt number, if available

6. We’ll investigate and help you recover your store credit.
