I was refunded to a gift card. How can I get my money back?Updated a month ago

There are a few reasons why your refund may have been issued to a gift card or store credit:

1. In-Store Return: If the return was made in-store, all refunds are issued to a gift card or store credit as per our in-store policy. Please refer to our in-store return policy for more details.

2. Original Payment Method: If your purchase was made partially or fully with a gift card or store credit, the refund is first applied to the credit card before any remaining balance is credited back to gift card / store credit. 

3. Refund Preference Selected: When initiating your return, you can choose to refund to store credit/gift card or your original payment method. If "gift card or store credit" was selected, the refund cannot be reversed once processed.
