My bank took my money, but I never got an order confirmation email, whats going on?Updated 2 days ago

If your payment was processed but you didn’t receive a confirmation email, there could be a few reasons for this. It’s possible that the email address was entered incorrectly, the order didn’t fully process, or the payment was declined by our processor, though your bank may have placed a pre-authorization hold on the funds.
