As of June 2026, we have updated our return policy. Instead of issuing gift cards for returns, we now issue Store Credit.

Online Orders

For orders placed online, you now have the choice to receive your refund via:

• Your original form of payment

• Store credit (which accumulates in your account with every return)

How to view your store credit balance: To see a detailed breakdown of your balance by order, simply log into your account and view your profile: shopakira.com/account. Click into your profile, review Payment Methods - Store Credit 

In-Store Purchases

If you made your purchase in-store, you can also view your store credit balance online at shopakira.com/account.

• Note: You must log in using the exact email address you provided at checkout.
